Land Rover Discovery 4 HSE Luxury Special Edition
Land Rover has revealed a luxury special edition discovery at the New York Auto Show – the Discovery 4 HSE Luxury – the highest spec Disco ever. It’s not hard to work out that Land Rover are in the process of replacing their current range of Discovery, Range Rover, Range Rover Sport with new models. We had the Range Rover Westminster back in February and today at the New York Motor Show we get the Disco run-out model with the reveal of the Land Rover Discovery 4 HSE Luxury Special Edition.

The Citroen DS4 has already been voted ‘Most Beautiful Car of the Year‘, despite not even being on sale yet. It’s a bit like the LEAF being voted Car of the Year before it’s actually got in to the hands of consumers. Except the DS4 is a cracking looking car.
Top Gear in Lecce filming a supercar piece
We already know that Top Gear’s Christmas Special is in India this year, so the video showing the Top Gear team filming in Lecce, Italy, with the Lamborghini Aventador, McLaren MP4-12C and Noble M600 must be for the new series of Top Gear, which kicks off on January 12th 2012. Lecce is an historic Italian city in the south east of Italy, full of Baroque architecture, tracing its history back to the Greeks and is probably most famous for its ‘Lecce Stone’, a soft and malleable limestone ideal for sculpting. None of which really matters to Messrs Clarkson, Hammond and May, although it does provide a stunning backdrop for an equally stunning set of supercars.
